Welcome to Somurobo Numerology ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), operated by Ripunjay Prakash Bajpai (individual proprietor; may be operated by a registered business entity in the future, in which case this section will be updated accordingly). By accessing or using this website, you ("user", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. What this site is

Somurobo Numerology provides numerology, astrology, and traditional Vedic-reference calculations, readings, and remedy suggestions — including Life Path/Expression/Soul Urge numbers, Lo Shu Grid analysis, compatibility readings, Muhurat/Choghadiya/Hora timings, temple and puja information, and related tools. The Jyotish Career & Life Prashna module adds educational, spiritual Jyotish-based guidance for career, marriage, love, health, family, and social life questions. All Jyotish content is provided for traditional and educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of any outcome.

2. Not professional advice

All numerology, astrology, and Vedic-reference content on this site — including calculated numbers, readings, remedy suggestions, gemstone/Rudraksha recommendations, Muhurat/Choghadiya/Hora timings, and puja guidance — is provided strictly for traditional and entertainment purposes. It is not professional medical, financial, legal, psychological, or any other regulated professional advice, and must never be treated as a substitute for one. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional before making medical, financial, or legal decisions. We accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of content on this site.

3. Account usage

Creating an account (via email/password or Google Sign-In) is free and optional — it lets you save readings, edit your date of birth, manage notification preferences, and use account-bound features (Group Compatibility unlock, Locator credits, Community Polls). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and may not create an account on behalf of, or impersonate, another person.

4. Free vs. paid tiers

Most of this site — core number calculations, Lo Shu Grid, Life Cycles, Compatibility, Practical Tools, Horary Numerology, Divine Blessings (Puja Vidhi, Muhurat, Choghadiya, Hora, Famous Temples, and the free curated Find Nearby list), Learn articles, the Daily Dashboard, and Community Polls — is free, with no account required for most of it. Certain features are paid, priced and billed independently of one another:

• Detailed Report (₹49) — a one-time purchase per reading that unlocks the deep interpretive report (Love, Marriage, Career, Money, Family, Future) and full remedy detail for that specific reading. Not a subscription; the report link does not expire.
• Chat recharge (₹29 / ₹49 / ₹99 / ₹199) — optional character packs for the Numerology Guide chatbot beyond your free daily allowance, purchased independently of the Detailed Report.
• Locator credits (₹49 for 5 / ₹99 for 12 searches) — every account starts with 2 free "Find Nearby Temple" live searches (real-time results via Google Maps); further searches cost credits purchased in packs, independent of any other purchase.
• Group Compatibility unlock (₹49, one-time) — unlocks the full combined group-dynamic reading (dominant numbers, notable clashes/harmonies) for the Crowd & Group Compatibility tool; the individual Life Path numbers themselves are shown for free.
• Jyotish Career & Life Prashna (₹29 for 29 credits) — educational Jyotish-based guidance for career, marriage, love, health, family, and social life questions. One question consumes exactly 1 credit. Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. Not a guarantee; use alongside practical decisions.

None of these paid features require or unlock any of the others — each is billed and delivered independently. Physical products (gemstones, Rudraksha, yantras) are separate purchases and, where offered, are clearly marked as such at checkout.

5. Payments

Payments are processed via Cashfree (for India, INR) or PayPal (for international customers, USD), both third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled directly by the payment gateway under its own security and compliance standards. All prices shown are final at the time of checkout; the amount actually charged is always verified server-side against the payment gateway before any purchase is activated.

6. Refund policy

Because the Detailed Report, the ₹99 Personal Numerology Report (PDF), chat recharge packs, locator credits, and the Group Compatibility unlock are digital products delivered/unlocked immediately upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered or unlocked. If a payment was captured by the gateway but the corresponding feature was not unlocked or delivered due to a technical error on our end, contact us with your order ID and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund or re-deliver the purchase. Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method via the original gateway (Cashfree or PayPal) and may take several business days to reflect, per that gateway's own timelines.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to bypass payment or credit systems, scraping content at scale, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms.

Prohibited content in AI chat and consultation / निषिद्ध सामग्री

You must not use the AI chat or AI consultation to request sexual, erotic, pornographic or nude content, "undress"-type descriptions of any real person, or any sexual or suggestive content involving a person under 18. Messages are checked automatically before the AI is used and answers are checked before they are shown. A refused message is not charged. We keep only a minimal record of refused messages (time, category and a hashed account/IP — never the message text). Repeated attempts disable AI features for 24 hours; further or severe attempts disable them permanently.

AI चैट या AI परामर्श में अश्लील, कामुक, पोर्नोग्राफ़िक या नग्न सामग्री, किसी असली व्यक्ति के "कपड़े हटाने" जैसे वर्णन, या 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के किसी भी व्यक्ति से जुड़ी कोई भी अश्लील या उत्तेजक सामग्री माँगना मना है। हर संदेश AI से पहले अपने-आप जाँचा जाता है और हर जवाब दिखाने से पहले जाँचा जाता है। रोके गए संदेश का पैसा नहीं लिया जाता। हम केवल न्यूनतम रिकॉर्ड रखते हैं (समय, श्रेणी और account/IP का hash — संदेश कभी नहीं)। बार-बार कोशिश करने पर AI सुविधाएँ 24 घंटे के लिए, और दोबारा या गंभीर उल्लंघन पर हमेशा के लिए बंद हो जाती हैं।
